David Shonnard is Associate Profossor of Chemical Engineering at the Michigan Technological University. Dr. Shonnard received his B.S. degree from the University of Neveda at Reno, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees are from the University of California at Davis. Dr. Shonnard is an international leader in environmentally conscious design of chemical processes and in life-cycle analysis. He is co-author of Green Engineering: Environmentally Conscious Design of Chemical Processes (Prenticd-Hall, 2002).
